Job summary

Apptronik seeks a seasoned Product Manager to drive the perception and navigation roadmap for its autonomous robotics stack. You will translate market demands into executable product roadmaps, coordinating across hardware and software teams to deliver scalable, safe perception capabilities.

You will champion field deployments, define success criteria, and ensure product decisions prioritize real-world value for customers and partners in manufacturing and logistics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management for autonomous robotics or similar.
• Strong experience with perception/navigation fundamentals (detection, tracking, localization, mapping, obstacle avoidance).
• Experience defining evaluation metrics, field-testing regimes, and performance tracking for autonomy software.
• Experience deploying perception/autonomy software from lab to real-world operations.
• Practical safety judgment around failure modes and autonomy risks.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain perception/navigation software roadmap and feature priorities.
• Define requirements for perception data pipelines and field deployments.
• Lead product requirements for safe perception and edge deployment constraints.
• Synthesize user research and sales feedback into strategy aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with design, UX, and engineering to deliver interactive features.
