Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager for medium voltage products to drive MV switchgear and MV transformers from concept through at-scale deployment in AWS data centers.

You will own the product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead NPI, supplier qualification, and cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining reliability and performance in hyper-scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience representing and advocating for customers and stakeholders at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own the roadmap for MV switchgear and MV transformers for AWS data centers.
• Engage with customers and support teams to capture MV power distribution needs.
• Define product requirements and own the development roadmap for MV programs.
• Coordinate multiple teams to build business cases, prioritization, and resources.
• Lead New Product Introduction from concept to production readiness.
• Drive supplier qualification to meet quality and capacity requirements.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities across the MV portfolio.
• Advance MV electrical design and communicate direction to management.
• Own the full lifecycle from idea to deployment and deprecation.
• Develop features and deployment strategies to improve profitability.
