Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil highway and utility projects in Virginia. You will own costs, schedules and profits from buyout to closeout, and coordinate with VDOT and owners.

Responsibilities include leading scheduling, managing subcontractors, generating cost reports, handling change orders, and mentoring junior staff on a fast-paced, field-centric team across Virginia projects.

Formación

• 7+ years on heavy civil, highway or utility projects.
• VDOT or DOT project experience preferred.
• Proven cost, schedule and change order management.
• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience with HeavyJob/HeavyBid/P6 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own project cost, schedule and profit from buyout through closeout.
• Build and manage the project schedule with the field team.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and purchase orders.
• Run monthly pay applications, cost reports and forecasts.
• Handle change orders and owner negotiations.
• Be the main contact for VDOT and owner representatives.
• Lead weekly project meetings and cost reviews.
• Work with the superintendent on production and safety.
• Mentor APMs and project engineers on your team.
