Job summary

Datavant in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior PM for the Coding Data Platform to own the data strategy, roadmap for ingestion, reliability, and scalability, and guide cross-functional teams across data integration, ML platform, and client success.

You will influence how data is ingested, transformed, and structured to support AI models, reporting tools, and client-facing products in a healthcare data ecosystem. This high-visibility role reports to senior leadership and offers broad impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in data platform and data integration.
PM at the center of a multi-team platform migration.
Technical fluency in data pipeline concepts and API design without needing to write code.

Responsibilities

Roadmap & Strategy: Own the product roadmap for the Coding Data Platform and communicate tradeoffs to senior leadership.
Data Integration: Lead integration strategies with clients and transition to the new Document Services layer.
Pipeline Automation: Drive automation of the project setup lifecycle and define metrics for pipeline performance.
Client Data Onboarding: Maintain standardized data specs and ingestion profiles across MA, ACA, and Medicaid programs, ensuring HIPAA and CMS compliance.
Migration Support: Define dual-load strategies, rollback windows, and routing logic for client migrations to the next-gen platform.
Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue across multiple teams with clear RACI ownership.
