Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the CDNA Exchange platform end-to-end. You will drive the backlog, prioritize for a large engineering team, and align execution with commercial goals for global B2B and B2C brands in a fast-moving crypto ecosystem.

You will report to the VP of Product and own the how and when, ensuring no live launches without sign-off. This is a frontier role at the intersection of crypto markets and real-time systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering product independently from concept to ship.
• Experience owning full product lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-launch optimization.
• Comfort working with complex, high-throughput real-time systems and exchange/settlement tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the Predictions Exchange as the dedicated PM and drive the roadmap end-to-end.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and prioritize a large engineering backlog.
• Lead delivery from concept through shipping and post-launch optimization without handoffs.
• Improve development processes to reduce cycle time and increase predictability.
• Ensure platform scalability and reliability as volume and partners grow.
