Job summary

GE Vernova in Greenville, SC is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Condition Monitoring & Interfaces to lead multi-generational strategy for turbine controls hardware and firmware, spanning new product development and the installed fleet.

The role blends deep technical understanding with commercial acumen to drive reliable, innovative embedded controls solutions, partnering with Engineering, Services and Commercial teams to translate customer needs and market trends into differentiated products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of experience in Product Management, Renewables and/or Industrial Control Systems).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within Product Management, Renewables, Condition Monitoring and/or Industrial Control Systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and value creation for condition monitoring, sensing technology and control platform interfaces.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to synthesize customer needs, field performance data, and market trends into actionable product differentiation strategy.
• Collaborate with Customers, Commercial and Engineering to drive VOC, business case development, funding justification, and program oversight for Control Platform NPI's.
• Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert, supporting contract negotiations, technical reviews, and Inquiry-To-Order (ITO) activities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments relevant to sensing, diagnostics and analytics.
