Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own electrification infrastructure product requirements beyond the charger. You’ll analyze field telemetry, define scalable solutions, and drive the roadmap from customer pain points to actionable software features.

You will work cross-functionally with Systems Engineering, Hardware, and third-party suppliers to ensure reliability and observable, self-sustaining infrastructure at scale across Amazon's electrification footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial-scale electrical systems, power electronics, and electrification infrastructure.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience discussing technology decisions and strategy in engineering contexts.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the business requirements for electrification infrastructure products excluding the charger.
• Deep dive field data to identify gaps and justify monitoring and improvements.
• Define scalable infrastructure solutions from field feedback and customer workflows.
• Coordinate user testing programs for monitoring systems and usability.
• Assess emerging power conversion tech and structure pilots.
• Evaluate third-party suppliers and drive build-vs-buy decisions.
• Own the product roadmap for software features supporting infrastructure resiliency.
• Define requirements for SCADA integration and telemetry pipelines.
• Collaborate daily with Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.
• Represent the voice of the customer in design and supplier reviews.
