Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Unity Catalog, the governance foundation for the Lakehouse. You will coordinate vision to implementation, engaging enterprise customers to shape strategy and roadmaps.

You will work with engineering to build governance, security features, and platform services that enable data teams to deliver scalable data and AI workloads, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and customer adoption across segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B Product Management experience.
• Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice.
• Experience working with databases and/or data warehouses, security, and catalogs.
• Experience building user-facing products for Data Analysts, Scientists, and/or Engineers.
• Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams common to the enterprise software industry.
• Experience working closely with enterprise customers and ISV partners in the data market.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all product activities from vision to implementation with enterprise customers.
• Develop long-term product strategy and define product roadmaps.
• Work with engineering to build Unity Catalog features and governance capabilities.
• Coordinate with pre- and post-launch stakeholders to ensure product success.
• Take features from ideation to full launch with marketing, field enablement, and broad adoption.
