Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction & Capital Projects to lead major Aramark Nexus workforce community projects from concept through construction and turnover. The role owns scope, budget, schedule, design, procurement, risk, and stakeholder coordination, and mentors project teams.

This is a high-responsibility, multi-site leadership position across the United States, with up to 75% travel to project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years managing complex capital projects from planning through turnover.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, hyperscale data centers, large-campus developments, or rapid-deployment construction programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for major, complex, multi-site projects.
• Lead project initiation, planning, and governance with clear stakeholder communication protocols.
• Direct design management and coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
