SitelogIQ is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction and energy infrastructure projects across Texas. You will own projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and quality to drive successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership and construction knowledge, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities in an autonomous setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven success managing $5M to $20M+ construction projects.
• Strong experience with HVAC, mechanicals, building controls, roofing, lighting, building envelope and energy infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Ability to travel at least 50% to project sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets and forecasting, cost control, change orders, and financial performance for $10M–$20M projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site supervisors.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate progress, risks, and solutions.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, performance, and coordination.
• Ensure safety, codes, specifications, and quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve field, schedule, budget, and construction challenges.
