Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Coding Data Platform to own the data strategy for reliable ingestion, scalable pipelines, and usage patterns across our healthcare data ecosystem.

You will define the roadmap, oversee data integration efforts with clients and internal teams, and drive the modernization of our document services layer while ensuring governance and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in data platform or data integration.
• PM at the center of a multi-team platform migration.
• Technical fluency in data pipeline concepts without needing to write code.

Responsibilities

• Own the Coding Data Platform roadmap, prioritizing engineering, client, and platform demands for senior leadership.
• Lead integration strategies with clients and the retrieval business and advance the new Document Services layer.
• Drive automation of project setup, from data receipt to downstream availability and metric visibility.
• Maintain standardized data specifications and ingestion profiles across programs while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Define dual-load strategies, rollback windows, and routing logic for client migrations.
• Coordinate across departments to unblock dependencies and maintain RACI clarity.
