Job summary

Swisslog is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate automated material handling projects. You will supervise field crews, manage resources, review contracts, and ensure client expectations are met from proposal through project close-out.

Key qualifications include a BS/MS in engineering, 7+ years in project management (preferably in logistics), and MS Project experience; PMP certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in automated material handling and logistics.
• MS Project experience.
• PMP Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and head tasks of multiple field crews to implement automated material handling projects.
• Manage resources to meet contract requirements, specifications, and client expectations.
• Review proposals, contracts, and specifications; perform site surveys and system design.
• Coordinate materials procurement, installation drawing design and scheduling, and cost management.
• Oversee installation, testing, and handover activities; ensure documentation and acceptance procedures.
• Represent Swisslog with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; ensure contract standards are met.
