Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a product manager or product strategist, including process design.
• Solid understanding of alignment methods such as SFT/RLHF or related moderation/data-synthesis work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements for aligning LLMs across markets.
• Develop data acquisition and production methodologies, monitoring costs and quality.
• Evaluate impact of data tools on production quality and effectiveness, improving them with teams.
• Mitigate biases and vulnerabilities in data production through technical and operational solutions.
