Asana is seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the Agents Experience team in San Francisco. You will define how humans and AI agents work together in the flow of work, shaping a trusted, indispensable collaboration experience.

You will partner with design, research, and engineering to craft an intuitive roadmap, drive enterprise adoption, and measure impact with clear metrics. This hybrid, office-centric role offers the chance to influence how teams collaborate with agents at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on AI products, collaboration software, or enterprise workflows.
• Proven ability to craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences in close partnership with design and user research.
• Customer-facing track record with enterprise customers, translating insights into sharp product decisions.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools as a daily user, shaping trustworthy experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the core agent experience.
• Drive agent adoption by guiding discovery, activation, and durable, team-wide usage.
• Partner with design and user research to refine core interactions with agents in the flow of work.
• Lead pilots and betas with enterprise customers to translate insights into strategy.
• Shape experiences that let humans delegate work to agents with transparency and trust.
• Define engagement metrics and continuously iterate on the product experience.
