Job summary

Osaic is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions, to lead discovery and end-to-end delivery of advisor-focused digital products. You will translate complex problems into actionable, customer-centered solutions spanning client service, portals, CRMs, and practice-management tools.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and business partners, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to accelerate learning and validate concepts, ensuring measurable value and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of strategy, discovery, and delivery.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguity into testable hypotheses and actionable product direction.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation using design, no/low-code, or AI-assisted tools.
• Strong analytical ability to define metrics, interpret data, and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for leadership audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, business, and operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted product discovery and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and strategy: define vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and validated learning.
• Lead early-stage exploration through rapid experimentation and AI-assisted tools to test ideas.
• Translate complex problems into testable product concepts and prototypes for alignment.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to turn concepts into scalable solutions.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Synthesize market research and customer feedback into actionable decisions.
• Define success metrics and analyze performance to guide iterations.
• Balance scope, cost, and timelines with business and technical feasibility.
• Communicate progress to senior leadership with data-driven narratives.
• Stay current on industry trends and AI-enabled practices to improve discovery and delivery.
