Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician III – Plumbing to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. You will read blueprints, cut and install pipes, and ensure water supply system operation and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Service Plumbing Technician.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two-year technical degree in related field preferred.
Possesses mandatory registrations, professional licenses, and certifications.
Must be able to read schematics and blueprints.
Demonstrates strong self-management and autonomous work ethic.
Professional demeanor with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing issues using observational skills, testing procedures and setup techniques.
Perform planned maintenance and inspections per service agreement.
Repair and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters; manage boilers and related equipment.
Lead subcontractor coordination, provide training, and guide fellow technicians.
Coordinate multi-tech jobs and document project status for stakeholders.
Complete invoicing data for hours and materials used; maintain vehicle stock.
