Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of ASPE, IPC, Illinois Plumbing Code, and IECC.
• Experience with all phases of a project.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering for various project types including industrial, commercial, laboratory, medical clinic, office building and educational facilities.
• Calculate pipe sizing, pressure drop, water heater sizing, grease traps and oil separators; perform field surveys and prepare specifications.
• Select equipment and draft drawings; review codes for compliance.
