Job summary

PlumbingPro North Atlanta is seeking an experienced installation and service plumber with 10+ years in the field. You will lead teams, diagnose complex issues, and communicate options to customers and vendors.

Applicants should hold a Georgia plumbing license (preferred) and be capable of independent work with excellent communication. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required; OSHA safety knowledge is expected. We offer on-the-job training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years hands-on plumbing field experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with clear customer communication.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with customers, vendors and internal resources.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Familiar with OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Install plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets and bathtubs.
• Cut, thread, and solder pipes with appropriate tools.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently.
• Perform basic repairs like leaks, clogs and pipe replacement.
• Handle water heater installation, maintenance and repair.
• Interact with customers, presenting solutions clearly.
• Operate hand and power tools for plumbing tasks.
• Maintain and repair waste and vent systems.
• Work on drainage systems and proper pipe alignment.
• Adhere to safety practices at all times.
• Lead collaboration with team and other trades.
• Optional: basic HVAC knowledge integration with plumbing.
• Perform preventative maintenance on systems.
