• Strong computer and communication skills.
• OSHPD and CA building code knowledge.
• Local to the Orange County Area.

Responsibilities

• Read AutoCAD drawings.
• Estimate projects and major buyouts.
• Coordinate manpower and develop schedules.
• Review subcontractor estimates and quotes.
• Identify conflicts and errors in estimates.
• Build profitable bids for upcoming projects.
• Visit clients, general contractors, and engineers.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
