Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architectural engineering or technical/associate degree.
• 3–5 years of plumbing design experience for commercial projects.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; reading construction drawings.
• Experience with USA projects and authorization to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Produce coordinated, code-compliant plumbing construction documents.
• Coordinate designs with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other project disciplines.
• Perform plumbing sizing calculations.
• Conduct field investigations, site visits, and existing conditions assessments.
• Assist with construction administration by reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and addressing field issues.
