• Receive and review permit applications and determine applicable codes and standards.
• Inspect plumbing installations to ensure compliance with approved plans and codes.
• Investigate complaints and document incidents related to plumbing and sanitation.
• Cite violations, enforce corrective actions, and coordinate with other agencies as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of inspections and enforcement actions.
