Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license; good driving record and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews work orders and assigns tasks to plumbers.
• Coordinates schedules with the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensures safe environment following Joint Commission requirements.
• Repairs, adjusts, or replaces plumbing systems and fixtures per state code.
• Plans, installs and services plumbing systems, piping and controls.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Maintains inventory and orders stock.
• Supervises trades assigned to help with plumbing projects.
