Job summary

EAC Product Development Solutions seeks a senior Solution Architect to lead PLM solution design and client engagements. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, and services to deliver scalable PLM architectures and data strategies.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windchill, ThingWorx, Creo, and modern web tech stacks. Remote work is supported for qualified US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred in a similar Solution Architect or technical consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer teams by fostering collaboration across departments and providing strong technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Act as trusted advisor to internal teams and clients, designing and implementing PLM solutions that drive customer success.
• Guide cross-functional teams during project execution to ensure timely delivery and defined outcomes.
