Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years as Product Analyst delivering technical solutions.
• 7+ years PLM domain experience, including 2+ years in medical device.
• Experience in GxP systems and Computer System Validation.
• Strong SDLC and Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) experience.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate user challenges into detailed user stories and specs.
• Evaluate feasibility and compliance; manage backlog.
• Set priorities and communicate roadmap to distributed teams.
• Analyze root causes and develop holistic solutions.
• Maintain understanding of business processes with Product teams.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate across teams.
• Act as spokesperson on production status and escalations.
• Pursue continuous improvement to streamline processes.
