Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Engineering - Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to drive engineering transformation and PLM-enabled process modernization. You will own functional requirements, guide design sessions, and partner with architects to deliver scalable operating models across industries.

This role requires leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and delivering value through Digital Thread, cloud, and AI-enabled engineering initiatives, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Fortune 500 company.
• Experience facilitating requirement gathering workshops and process design sessions.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
• Experience with CAD and PLM systems across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on engineering transformation and PLM-enabled process modernization.
• Own functional solution designs, requirements, and user stories in one or more PLM workstreams.
• Define end-to-end PLM strategies and roadmaps with capability prioritisation.
• Serve as functional lead for PLM/engineering transformation initiatives with architects and technical leads.
• Manage client stakeholders and facilitate executive workshops to drive alignment.
