Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Barnesville, OH, seeks a PLC & SCADA Engineer/Programmer to maintain and upgrade automated assets, web-based programs, and SCADA/PLC systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least five years of hands-on experience with instrumentation, PLCs, and modern automation protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of instrumentation and automated control systems experience.
• Proficient in Python, HTML, VB.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong networking, Windows/Linux knowledge.
• Travel and field work willingness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee control systems for automated assets.
• Set up and modify PLCs and HMI applications in the field.
• Develop and maintain HTML-based customer dashboards.
• Program SCADA pages using Ignition SCADA and GE iFix.
• Develop PLC ladder logic with Studio 5000, Siemens Step 7, Node-RED.
• Monitor network health and performance.
• Lead WaterForce projects and field commissioning.
• Train Field Automation Supervisors and maintain records.
• Support engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
