Qualifications
- Minimum five years in PLC controls, industrial automation, or electrical systems.
- Experience leading field activities, projects, or teams.
- Strong ladder logic, control circuits, motor controls, and electrical systems knowledge.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex control-system failures and guide others.
Responsibilities
- Serve as onsite technical lead for control-system installations, services, and startups.
- Coordinate daily work, materials, and technical activities for technicians and electricians.
- Provide hands‑on guidance and troubleshooting support to junior staff.
- Ensure work meets project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.
- Lead startup, commissioning, and functional testing of new or modified systems.
