Job summary

AceStack is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to advance quality for modern web apps and APIs. You will design and maintain Playwright-based test frameworks, build end-to-end suites, and drive automation within CI/CD pipelines.

You will partner with developers, product owners, and architects to improve test coverage, stability, and release quality while leveraging AI-assisted testing tools where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing in modern DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.
• Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Develop automated testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Explore and leverage AI-assisted testing tools and practices to improve efficiency and test coverage.
