As a Senior Platforms Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing a high-visibility digital transformation program, a strategic effort to modernize and standardize the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle through a secure, scalable, and data-driven technology platform. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant platforms engineer experience. Experience administering, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform environments, including environment management, governance, security, compliance, and operational support. Experience administering Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Field Service, or related business application workloads. Experience implementing and managing platform security, role‑based access controls, auditing, identity and access management, and compliance requirements. Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills across enterprise applications, integrations, and cloud-based platforms. Experience supporting, and monitoring enterprise integrations using APIs, Azure services, messaging technologies, and middleware platforms. Experience implementing and supporting Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and operational excellence practices, including source control, release management, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps principles utilizing Azure DevOps and GitHub, as well as enterprise monitoring, observability, logging, application performance management solutions. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support multiple applications and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of AI platforms and tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and OpenAI GPT, with the ability to leverage AI‑assisted capabilities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and solution delivery highly desired. Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 certifications, or equivalent credentials highly desired.
