Rite-Hite seeks an experienced software engineer to advance our integration platform. You will own production-grade services, build data pipelines, and design scalable data models for enterprise integrations.

The role blends backend with customer-facing interfaces, emphasizing reliability, security, and modern tooling. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of hands-on experience, strong Node.js/TypeScript skills, and comfort with React.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering delivering production systems.
• Deep experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and data flows.
• Proven ability to design and operate enterprise-scale integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines).
• Independent contributor who takes initiative and communicates tradeoffs clearly.
• Strong API security, secrets management, and integration practices.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for backend and React for interfaces; AI-assisted tooling usage.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to integration capabilities, including REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven data flows.
• Build and maintain services that ingest, transform, and expose data; own underlying data models.
• Write unit, integration, and contract tests; participate in code reviews and design sessions.
• Drive observability, troubleshooting, and durable fixes for production issues.
• Evaluate scalability and maintainability; communicate short-term vs. long-term options.
