Qualifications

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Experience building and shipping developer-facing tooling.
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and GitOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Solid experience with CI/CD systems, ideally GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of an internal developer platform on AWS.
• Build self-service tooling around environments and secrets.
• Mentor engineers across the organization on platform conventions.
• Gather feedback, define roadmaps, and measure adoption.
