Job summary

Industrious Ventures is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to design and maintain the platform engineering foundation for Boltline. This role involves ensuring the platform is secure and compliant, utilizing tools like Pulumi and Terraform within AWS. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with security frameworks. Additionally, the position will offer equity, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with security control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC tooling.
• Develop and maintain automation for security controls and compliance.
• Own platform engineering initiatives including CI/CD pipeline infrastructure.
