Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and improve a Kubernetes platform using open-source and enterprise tools. You will evaluate the current setup, identify improvements, and drive secure, scalable deployments.

Responsibilities include automation, IaC, CI/CD, and collaboration with development teams, ensuring platform health, performance, and governance. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kubernetes platform improvements using Helm, Argo CD, GitLab, Harbor.
• Automate processes with IaC and CI/CD to reduce technical debt.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and reliability through best practices.
• Maintain platform health with monitoring and alerting using Grafana and logs.
• Collaborate with development teams to drive platform innovation.
• Brief NASIC leadership with progress reports and guidance.
