ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to act as a senior technical force multiplier across Integrations, Workflows & Orchestration, and Data Management. You will embed with teams to tackle high-impact initiatives, debt, and reliability, while shaping technical direction and mentoring engineers.

You will report to the Senior Director of Software Engineering and collaborate with three Engineering Leaders and their teams, driving platform modernization and best practices for reliability

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including senior or staff-level roles.
• Deep experience designing and operating backend distributed systems at scale, with strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Node.js (NestJS).
• Experience building or owning integrations or connectors with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, or data warehouse platforms.

Aufgaben

• Embed with multiple teams on a rotating basis, writing production-quality code and unblocking difficult problems.
• Define and evolve scalable, fault-tolerant, event-driven architecture using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/NestJS, Kafka, and workflow platforms.
