Job summary

Healiom, Inc. is hiring a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to build the infrastructure that powers 30+ autonomous AI agents in healthcare. You will implement CI/CD, observability tools, and scalable infrastructure to ensure reliable agent operation.

The role requires 7+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering with cloud-native experience and strong Python/Bash coding skills. Hybrid work with remote options is available; equity is part of the package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering, cloud-native environments.
• Strong Python and Bash coding skills, not just UI usage.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform are core IaC tooling
• Observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry
• Proven incident response and post-incident improvements

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD pipelines to ship agent capabilities safely.
• Develop observability to track autonomous AI agent behavior.
• Create scalable infrastructure to support growing agent counts.
• Automate processes to remove bottlenecks for humans.
• Prepare runbooks and incident response procedures.

• Been paged, fixed it, made sure it never happened again

Also great if you have

• Healthcare, HIPAA, or SOC2 experience
