NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Director, Platform Distribution & Partnerships to lead a team responsible for v/MVPD, Peacock and FAST distribution across NBCU’s portfolio. You will negotiate and manage distribution agreements, and work with partners to maximize reach and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of high‑level negotiations within digital media. Hybrid work is available; a history of cross‑functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or digital media distribution in TV/film/streaming.
• Extensive experience negotiating distribution agreements with high‑profile partners.
• Direct experience with v/MVPD and DTC agreements.
• Strong knowledge of media landscape and NBCUniversal ecosystem.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster high performance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute distribution agreements with v/MVPD, DTC, and FAST partners.
• Oversee and mentor a distribution team.
• Develop strategies to drive subscriber growth and revenue.
• Maintain relationships with distribution partners and align goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, finance, and legal.
• Analyze market trends and platform performance to identify growth.
• Structure and evaluate partnership terms to optimize impact.
• Act as a thought leader to advocate new distribution approaches.
• Represent NBCUniversal at external meetings and events.
