Electroswitch is seeking two Plater A professionals to join our manufacturing team in Rockland, MA on 2nd shift. These positions support our barrel and rack plating operations and production growth.

You will load, unload, dip, and hang parts, monitor tanks and chemical levels, check plating thickness and quality, and maintain logs. Overtime and Saturday mornings are required; a $2.00/hour shift differential applies to 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Previous plating experience preferred.
• Experience working with acids and hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsabilités

• Perform barrel plating and rack plating operations
• Monitor plating tanks and chemical levels
• Add and maintain plating chemicals as required
• Load, unload, dip, and hang parts for plating processes
• Check plating thickness and quality
• Operate plating and related production equipment
• Maintain accurate production and plating logs
• Follow all safety and hazardous chemical handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support additional manufacturing operations as needed
