Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Planview Administrator to support multi-product Planview environments across portfolios, EA, AgilePlace and ProjectPlace. You will manage application inventories, capability mapping, and governance practices while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in IS/IT, a bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in data governance, reporting, and integrations with Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years in IS/IT.
• Planview administration and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Planview Portfolios administration including: User, group, and role administration; Security model configuration; Access provisioning and deprovisioning; Screen, menu, and navigation configuration; Object and attribute management; Lookup and reference table administration; Organizational structure management; Financial structure administration; Resource management configuration; Portfolio hierarchy management.
• Configure lifecycle management, dialogs, conditional logic, and approvals.
• Lead demand, project, and portfolio management activities and planning.
• Develop and maintain Planview reports and executive dashboards.
• Support governance, operating model, and release management processes.
