Job summary

enGen is seeking a Planview Administrator to support multi-product Planview deployments, including Portfolios, EA, and ProjectPlace. The role involves configuring user access, governance checkpoints, and integration with Power BI for KPI dashboards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize demand, project governance, and resource planning, ensuring high data quality and governance compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years in IS/IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Planview admin functions and multi-product Planview ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Planview Portfolios Administration including user/group/role management.
• Configure governance and lifecycle workflows for multiple products.
• Develop and maintain Planview reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for budget and capacity planning.
