Job summary

CNH Industrial America LLC in Fargo, North Dakota seeks a Plant Quality Senior Specialist to guide quality tools and processes across manufacturing sites in North America.

You will lead root cause analyses, mentor engineers, and partner with dealers and suppliers to improve Voice of the Customer. This hybrid role travels 2 days per week and supports continuous improvement across the CNH network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 6 years of experience in quality engineering or related role with heavy equipment in agriculture.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards and AIAG quality concepts.
• Experience with data analysis, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Apply quality tools, methodologies, and processes across plants in North America.
• Conduct root cause and data analysis; implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and audit multiple-site quality management systems.
• Develop, teach, and enforce quality policies and procedures region-wide.
