Job summary

EH Group is hiring a Senior Plant Production Engineer in Houston. You will own site planning, technical design and proposal writing for multi-party, bankable data center power projects.

The role requires leading CAD work, coordinating with EPCs, utilities and financiers, and shaping a scalable proposal library. You will work with the US operations hub and travel to customer sites, partners, and our Swiss HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• An engineering degree and 8+ years of engineering practice.
• Strong hands-on CAD skills and ability to produce drawings.
• Experience with data center or industrial power design.
• Customer-facing track record in technical environments.
• Strong technical writing for external audiences.
• Comfort coordinating with customers, EPCs, utilities and financiers.
• Willingness to pioneer a new function in a lean company.
• Houston-based or willing to relocate to Houston; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Own site planning with the customer and EPC, including layout and interconnections.
• Supervise CAD models and drawings for each opportunity.
• Map specs to our technology and produce a compliance view.
• Size and configure systems to load, redundancy and availability targets.
• Own electrical, cooling, gas/H2 interfaces and related design tasks.
• Write technical proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs with clear documentation.
• Build a reusable library of templates, content and guidance.
