- PhD in plant pathology, nematology, genetics, genomics or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience improving crop resistance against plant parasitic nematodes.

- Design and optimize experiments to evaluate lead performance against key diseases in lab and greenhouse.
- Develop and test hypotheses; create correlations across environments for disease resistance.
- Collaborate across Seeds and Crop Protection to integrate pathology insights into product development.
- Be the focal point for plant pathology techniques and knowledge within the organization.
