Job summary

Arcosa Lightweight in Livingston, AL is seeking a Senior Production Worker to support a 24/7 aggregate environment. You will direct activities and staff while complying with MSHA safety standards and helping maintain and operate bowl mills, coolers, and related equipment.

The role involves operating loaders, managing materials, inspecting areas, and performing duties safely. Arcosa emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prompt, regular and predictable attendance.
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet and lift up to 60 pounds.
• The ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy).
• On the job training; experience operating front end loader, bobcat, and dump truck.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and regulations.
• Perform tasks in a safe and effective manner.
• Maintain bowl mill and cooler area.
• Inspect work area and document discrepancies, including heavy equipment checklists.
• Operate front end loader and manage clinker pile and material shed.
• Haul materials and assist in crusher and finishing plant operations.
