CiresiMorek is seeking a Plant Manager who will provide executive leadership for all plant operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial performance.

The role focuses on developing a high‑performing organization aligned with long‑term business strategy, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement while guiding Lean, Six Sigma, and transformation initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with significant plant leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably with 500+ employees.

Mansioni

• Lead all plant operations with full accountability for P&L performance, operational execution, safety, quality, delivery, capital investments, and workforce development
• Develop and execute strategic operational roadmaps that improve productivity, optimize manufacturing performance, and support long-term business growth
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance throughput, reduce waste, improve flexibility, and strengthen customer satisfaction
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and a culture centered on accountability and collaboration
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies, resolve complex business challenges, and drive organizational transformation
