Job summary

Duro-Last, a brand of Amrize Building Envelope, seeks a Senior Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations. Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will direct plant activities, shape policy, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with corporate teams, with potential oversight of other sites.

You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, implement Lean and Continuous Improvement, manage inventory accuracy, and develop leaders through structured reviews and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 10 years of manufacturing experience including 4 years as Plant Manager
• 3 years as senior on-site executive
• Lean Manufacturing, metric management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Experience with ERP systems (Mapics) and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations are safe and compliant with regulations
• Implement standard work practices to ensure consistent performance
• Maintain on-time shipping and professional customer interactions
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely transactions across plants
• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost
• Develop and manage a comprehensive metric system across departments
• Develop employee performance reviews, succession plans, and HiPo programs
• Oversee financial leadership including P&L management and capital planning
