Job summary

Nautilus Defense LLC is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to design, implement, and manage our manufacturing resources in Pawtucket, RI. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to move prototyping to production, while ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication, organization and documentation skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical projects and teams.
• Experience in project management for complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver projects to customers on time and within scope.
• Lead day-to-day production operations to meet throughput, quality, safety, and delivery goals.
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop and implement management and communication plans.
• Manage resource capacity across projects and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards and drive lean improvements.
• Oversee transitions from prototyping to production and automation integration.
