Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/plant environments is required.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Change management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects from concept to completion with minimal disruption to operations.
• Schedule and manage all project elements to meet time, budget, and safety targets.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems to ensure peak plant performance (TPM, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance).
• Drive preventive/predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead maintenance team, delegate tasks, and enforce policies.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions for operational challenges.
