Job summary

General Motors Corporation seeks a Senior Manufacturing Cyber Security Engineer to act as the plant’s primary cybersecurity execution partner in Arlington, TX. You will implement the Manufacturing Cybersecurity Program, coordinate remediation, and support incident response while balancing production continuity with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven expertise in endpoint security, vulnerability management, incident response, and recovery.
• Experience patching production-critical equipment and OT assets.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain the Manufacturing Cybersecurity Program at the assigned GM plant.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate endpoint security issues and vulnerabilities.
• Support incident response, investigations, recovery activities, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate work plans, resources, schedules, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Communicate risks and remediation plans to plant leadership and teams.
