Job summary

Umicore Precious Metals Chemistry in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Plant Controller to partner with plant and BU management in all financial aspects of the running business. You will monitor performance, steer costs, and drive improvements in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Accounting.

The role requires a strong background in Controlling, experience in plant contexts, and a proactive approach to delivering accurate financial insights and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• 6 years experience in Controlling.
• 3+ years experience in plant controlling preferred.
• Strong cost consciousness and business partnering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Executes and/or manages work in Finance topics.
• Responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Supports the business as business partner and ensures the financial health of the organization.
• Delivers expert work in General Finance with high quality and timeliness.
• Owns complex tasks in cost benefit analysis, budgeting, producing outputs and identifying risks.
