Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering/CM degree required.
• ExxonMobil experience or Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) experience preferred.
• Advanced competency with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling system.
• Experience in project controls, planning/scheduling and change management.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong scheduling, forecasting, analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, forecasting, progress measurement, and change management for projects.
• Coordinate schedule development with contractor and owner teams.
• Evaluate contractor schedules and baselines for adequacy and alignment with project plans.
• Develop integrated Level 1 and Level 2 schedules and monitor progress against baselines.
• Identify schedule risks, propose corrective actions, and track recovery plans.
• Mentor and guide the project controls team and stakeholders.
